WHY IS MY VUSE GO MAX FLASHING BLUE?
A blue flashing light blinking at the bottom of your device means that the device’s battery is empty, so you must dispose of the device, and replace it with a new one. Read our Take Back program for a responsible disposal.
DO I NEED TO CHARGE MY VUSE GO MAX?
No, Vuse GO MAX is a disposable device and is not rechargeable. Each Vuse Go MAX disposable will deliver up to 1500 puffs before battery depletion as measured in laboratory testing of newly manufactured product. However, this may vary depending on individual usage behaviour.
HOW DO I USE MY VUSE GO MAX?

WHY IS THERE NO VAPOUR COMING FROM MY VUSE GO MAX?
It could be one of several, reasons:
- Your Vuse Go MAX may have run out of charge. Please dispose of responsibly.
- Dirt might be blocking the mouthpiece. Clean it with a dry cloth.

expected and you have tried the suggested remedial action (cleaning), please contact the Vuse Care team.

Use a dry cloth. Alternatively, you can use an anti-bacterial wipe to gently clean the mouthpiece and allow the mouthpiece to dry before use.
