What is vaping?
Vaping means inhaling a vapour aerosol. Vapour is vaporised liquid (eLiquid) – which means eLiquid turns into aerosol by a heating element in the vaping device, called an atomiser.
How do vaping devices work?
An electronic heating element is activated when the user draws air through the device. This vaporises the liquid formulation (often referred to as the eLiquid) and the vapour condenses to form an aerosol, which is inhaled and exhaled.

How old do I have to be to buy a Vuse device?

How long does a Vuse pod last (in puffs)?
Each Vuse eLiquid pod delivers up to 950 puffs per pod. This is based on laboratory testing (including recharging) of Vuse ePod device and may vary depending on an individual’s usage behaviour.

How do I know if my Vuse ePod 2 is charging?
When your Vuse ePod 2 device is charging, the LED on the device will flash white. When the LED turns solid white, the Vuse ePod 2 device is 80% charged. When the LED switches off, the Vuse ePod 2 device is fully charged.
How do I use my Vuse ePod 2?
Insert your Vuse eLiquid pod into the Vuse ePod 2 device and simply puff. For optimal performance, your Vuse ePod 2 device should be fully charged before first use.
Remove the Vuse eLiquid pod from the blister pack before connecting it onto the Vuse ePod 2 device. The magnet will pull the Vuse eLiquid pod into place.
To begin your vaping experience, puff on the Vuse eLiquid pod. When the Vuse ePod 2 is activated, the white LED will appear. When your puff ends, the white LED will gradually disappear.
Only use Vuse eLiquid pods with the Vuse ePod 2 device.
How do I charge my Vuse ePod 2?
Place your ePod 2 device into the magnetic USB charging cable supplied with ePod 2.
Connect the other end of the USB charging cable to the USB charging port or station.
When charging, the white LED on the Vuse ePod 2 will flash white. When the LED turns solid white, the Vuse ePod 2 device is 80% charged. When the LED disappears, the Vuse ePod 2 is fully charged. Disconnect the magnetic USB charging cable.
Your Vuse ePod 2 should fully charge in about 60 minutes.
To avoid the risk of fire, injury and/or damage to your Vuse ePod 2 or other property, only charge your Vuse ePod 2 with the charging cable provided by Vuse.
Never leave your Vuse ePod 2 unattended during charging.
Rating input of magnetic USB charging cable: 5VDC, 450mA.
The Vuse ePod 2 device should only be connected to a safety extra-low voltage (SELV) circuit rated at 5VDC, 0.5A. Using an AC adaptor with a current output lower will take longer charging time.
How can I tell if it is time to charge my ePod 2?
When the white LED flashes 10 times, it is time to charge your Vuse ePod 2 device. Your Vuse ePod 2 device battery may run out before your Vuse eLiquid pod is finished, so don't automatically discard the pod when charging your device.
How do I look after my ePod 2 device?
Follow the instructions on the leaflet that came with your ePod 2. You can also read them below:

How can I clean my ePod 2 device?
The build-up of dirt inside your Vuse pod and the top of your device may prevent you from enjoying your experience. To prevent this, check and if necessary, detach your Vuse eLiquid pod from the Vuse ePod 2 device, clean with a dry cloth and carefully blow into the Vuse ePod 2 device to dislodge any buildup of dirt.
How long does the ePod 2 device battery charge last?
A fully charged ePod 2 device should give you up to 400 puffs per charge. This is based on laboratory testing of a fully charged device and may vary depending on usage behaviour
Can I change the wattage settings in my ePod 2?
No, your Vuse ePod 2 is fixed at its optimal setting.
Why is my ePod 2 not producing any vapour?
It could be one of the following reasons:
• Your ePod 2 is designed to automatically shut down if activated for more than five seconds.
• Your ePod 2 may need to be charged.
• You may need to change your Vuse pod.
• Dirt might be blocking the connection between the ePod 2
device and the pod. Try cleaning it with a dry cloth.

Why is ePod 2 device so light?
The Vuse ePod 2 device has been ergonomically designed to feel comfortable in your hand and weighs only 23.6 grams.
Where can I find the traceability codes on the ePod 2 device or Vuse pods?
Traceability codes are etched onto the base of the ePod 2 device and the metallic plate of Vuse pods. Quote this code when contacting your Vuse Customer Care team.
How long will my ePod 2 device last?
This will vary, depending on your vaping behaviour. After twelve months, battery efficiency may begin to deteriorate due to repeated charges, this is common with all lithium-ion batteries.
What are the dimensions of ePod 2 device?
104.2 mm (length) x 11.0mm (deep) x 19.0mm (width) with the Vuse eLiquid pods inserted in the Vuse ePod 2 device.
What should I do if I notice leakage when using my ePod 2 device?
On some occasions, you may see minor leakage from your Vuse pods due to a build-up of condensation. This is not uncommon in vapour products.

Other tips for reducing instances of condensation:
• Puff gently on your Vuse ePod 2 device.

What capacity is the battery in my ePod 2 device (in mAh)?
The ePod 2 device contains a lithium-ion rechargeable battery with a nominal electrical charge capacity of 370 mAh.
Why is the Red LED flashing?
If you observe the red LED flashing, this could be indicating a warning such as low battery, or a puff time-out. If the red LED carries on flashing after waiting for ten seconds and switching back on and/or charging your ePod 2 device, please consult the Vuse Customer Care line.
Does the LED light appear when taking a puff?
When the ePod 2 device is activated, the white LED will appear. When your puff ends, the white LED will gradually disappear.
What does it mean if the LED light on my ePod 2 device flashes three times?
This could indicate that the short-circuit protection function or the auto-shutdown function has been activated. If the device short circuits, or the device is puffed for more than five seconds, the LED light on the ePod 2 device will flash three times and the device will shut down.
What does it mean if the LED light on my ePod 2 device flashes ten times?
If the white LED flashes ten times, it means it is time to charge your Vuse ePod 2 device.
When charging, did the LED on your ePod 2 device appear and then disappear?
The white LED flashes when the ePod 2 device is charging and disappears when it's fully charged.
When charging, is the LED light supposed to stay on?
The white LED on your ePod 2 device will flash to show that it is charging. Once your ePod 2 device fully charged the white LED will turn off.
Does my ePod 2 device come charged?
Your ePod 2 device comes partly charged. You should, however, fully charge your ePod 2 device for approximately 60 minutes before its first use.
If I put my ePod 2 device down, how will I know if it is on or off?
Vuse ePod 2 device is activated by puffing. When the ePod 2 device is activated, the white LED will appear. When your puff ends, the white LED will gradually disappear.
Can I leave my ePod 2 device charging overnight?
It is recommended that you do to not leave batteries to charge unattended. Charging your ePod 2 device should only take about 60 minutes.
What should I do if I notice liquid condensation in my device or on the outside of the pod?
Use a clean paper towel to gently wipe the liquid away and clean your ePod 2 device or Vuse pod.
Do not:
•Push or insert foreign objects into the ePod 2
device or Vuse pod, especially onto the contacts; or
•Drag, crush, pierce, incinerate or
immerse the device or magnetic charging cable in water.
•This could damage your ePod 2
device or Vuse pod and stop them from working. If after wiping clean, the issue
persists, contact the Vuse Customer Care line.
What ingredients do Vuse pods contain?
Propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerine (VG), and carefully selected flavourings formulated specifically for the Vuse ePod 2 devices.
Are Vuse pods VG or PG based?
Vuse pods contain both VG and PG.
Where is the liquid inside the Vuse pods made?
The liquid in Vuse pod is made in the USA.
How many ml of liquid does a Vuse pod hold?
Each Vuse pod holds approximately 1.9ml liquid.
How many Vuse pods come in each pack?
Each pack contains two Vuse pods.
Do Vuse pods come in different strengths?

No, Vuse pods are not designed for refilling.
Can I switch flavours without finishing my Vuse pod?
Yes. The no-spill design of Vuse pods mean you can remove them easily and quickly change pods.
When do I change my Vuse pod?
When it stops producing vapour when the battery in your ePod 2 device is charged, or when the taste or quality of the vapour deteriorates because the liquid in the pod is nearing finished.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account at the checkout. You will need to enter your name, email address and a password. For convenience you can save your contact information so that when you want to re-order it's quick and simple. You can also view your order history and track your order. You must be aged 18 or over to create an account.
How do I update my details?
You can update your details after logging into the website and going into your My Account area. From there you will be able to change your personal details in the Account Information and add in your multiple addresses in the Address Book.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Once you are in the My Account area, you can change your preferences in Newsletter Subscriptions.
